What's the difference between uploading an image and generating one?

Uploading skips straight to animation — good if you already have a specific photo or artwork in mind. Generating first lets you describe a scene in text; ComfyUI creates a still image with a Stable Diffusion checkpoint, then that image is fed directly into the same animation step.
